Terms and Conditions of Site’s use

1. General Sales Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using this site. Please note that the booking/reservation and purchase of all our products and services (here below referred to as "the Travel Products") are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions governing on certain specific products and services that may be found during using our site. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions for a specific product or service and the Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions for the specific product or service shall prevail in relation to that specific product or service.

2. Registration 
You may only make bookings or reservations for the Travel Products on this site upon registration as a member of A member can make bookings on behalf of non-member(s) but agrees to bear full financial responsibility for all usage, access, visit or shopping at this site using your login and credit card information.

3. Prices
All airfares and package prices are exclusive of all taxes, fees and other surcharges unless otherwise specified and subject to availability and can be changed or withdrawn without notice.
All hotel prices are inclusive of all taxes and hotel service charges and are also subject to room availability and can be changed or withdrawn without notice.

Exchange rates quoted are for references only and subject to change without notice.

5. Taxes, fees and surcharges 
Taxes, fees and surcharges may be various depending on airlines and countries that your Travel Products use and go through. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. Besides, in some countries, the city tax (or tourist tax) and immigration tax can be charged upon check-in or check-out.
All taxes, fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice.

6. Deposit, Payment and Delivery
During peak season or due to time/ availability constraints, deposit is required upon booking to guarantee your reservation can not be cancelled without penalty once booked.

Deposit is non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

7. Amendment, Cancellation/ Refund
Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or tickets are reissued.
Our Amendment and Cancellation/ Refund Policies are summerized based on the rules of suppliers including Airlines, Tour Operators, Hotels, Insurance and Car Rental Companies.... Once you have submitted your Booking Request and got the confirmation, any amendment, cancellations and refunds are subject to the permission of related suppliers. In such event, the amendment, cancellations, refunds and reissue fees (if any) charged by suppliers are payable by the buyer. Besides, the buyer may also be charged by TF Travel for the services handled.

Please note that every Airline, Tour Operator, Hotel, Insurance and Car Rental Company has their own Amendment and Cancellation/ Refund Policies. In the event of any inconsistency between the General Amendment and Cancellation Policies and the one of specific supplier, the amendment and cancellation policies of specific supplier shall prevail in relation to the booking of this specific supplier.

The Suppliers reserves the right to withdraw any itinerary or any booking made by a client or decline or refuse any person boarding on the plane, check-in at the hotel or using services booked. In any of the foregoing events, the Supplier's sole liability shall be limited to a refund on service price paid.

Please note that we are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. For non-refundable booking, in no case the booking can be refunded.

8. Reconfirmation of Flight and Schedule Changes 
It is no need to reconfirm your flight unless you want to make changes. However, it is the passenger’s responsibility to contact the airline or agent prior to travel to ensure the scheduled departure time has not changed. TF Travel is not responsible for any flight cancellation or schedule changes.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all overseas travel.

10. Travel Documents
Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, package vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document related (or may be) to trip including (without limitation) passport, visa, vaccination certificate.... All travel documents are non transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the name as shown in passport/photo identity holder, some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled. It is your responsibility to have all travel documents prior to travel.

It is passenger's responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities.

All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. If you need information regarding visa and other travel document requirements for your trip, we can give you to obtain such information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of such information and accept no liability for any loss, which you may suffer in reliance on it. We can obtain visas for you if you wish and fees may apply for this service. If visa application is rejected by embassy, the service fee is non-refundable.

11. Removal or Modification of Travel Products reserves the right at any time and from time to time to remove, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently any part of the site, including the Travel Products (or any part thereof) with or without notice and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. shall not be liable to you or to any third party in any way for any modification suspension or discontinuance of the Travel Products. also reserves the right to deny any person access and use of the site at any time.

Any booking or issue of ticket or voucher is subject to acceptance by TF Travel. TF Travel will not be responsible for any error or omission regarding prices or other information. TF Travel reserves the right to terminate any booking or transaction and refund money (if any collected) to the customer.
