Hotel Booking
A : In general, all hotel prices displayed on our site are inclusive of all taxes and applicable service charges unless otherwise specified.
A : You do not need to pay or even provide your credit card details to make a reservation.
A : Once you have confirmed all your hotel rooms, personal, and payment details, a summary of this information will be displayed along with your booking reference. 
The booking reference indicates that you have made a booking with TF Travel. An email confirming your booking will be sent to the email address provided by you during the booking process.
A : "Voucher" is often used as proof of a named customer's right to take services booked.  Example, Hotel Voucher indicates Name of clients, Hotel name, room type, numbers of rooms, check-in and check-out dates, …... Passengers are...
A : If you book online, you will receive an electronic voucher (also referred to as an ‘e-Voucher’). 
After you have completed the transaction to purchase your rooms, you will be shown a confirmation page and sent a confirmation email, both containing your personal and hotel booking details and your reference number. 
After successful payment, your e-Voucher will be sent to your registered email. 
All you need to do is print it out and present it along with your passport for check-in at the hotel. If you do not receive your e-Voucher within 60 minutes after successful payment, please contact the number: (84) 988 777 930, (84) 90 247 6458, or email: with the subject e-Voucher request for supports.
