Package Definition
A : You do not need to pay or even provide your credit card details to check availability and fares. We only require your payment details if you choose to complete a booking.
A : Once you have confirmed all your flight, personal, and payment details, a summary of this information will be displayed along with your booking reference.
The booking reference indicates that you have made a booking with TF Travel. An email confirming your booking will be sent to the email address provided by you during the booking process.
A : If you book online, you will receive an electronic ticket (also referred to as an ‘e-Ticket’).
A : After you have completed the transaction to purchase your tickets, you will be shown a confirmation page and sent a confirmation email, both containing your personal and flight details and a unique reference number. 
After successful payment, your e-Ticket will be sent to your registered email. 
All you need to do is print out either one of these and present it along with your passport at the check-in desk. 
If you do not receive your e-Ticket within 60 minutes after successful payment, please contact the number: (84) 988 777 930, (84) 90 247 6458, or email: with the subject e-Ticket request for supports.
A : Payment time limitations are up to season and your booking class booked. This dead line indicates when you have to make payment for the booking on TF Travel web site. Real time payment depends on your payment options including credit card, debit card,...
A : Reservation Code is shown on your e-Ticket Receipt. If you can’t print out your e-Ticket, reservation code and e-Tickets number are used to check in at the airport.
